“Access and refresh tokens”
“Automatic rotation and token regeneration”

From what you mentioned, only token blacklisting is a paid feature.
Yes, the free feature is available for both development and production. You can signup on our website to access it:

Once you signup, you may also try the paid version (with blacklisting) if you like.
